Refund policy

Every Mellow Mutt order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty.

If you or your dog are not happy with your order, email us at support@mellowmutt.pet within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full. No forms, no quiz.

If your product stops working within 12 months of delivery, email us and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process refunds within 3 business days of your email, and your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to post it after that. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at support@mellowmutt.pet.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
